The key to keeping fit is finding an activity you enjoy. Adult classes are relaxed, friendly and centred around having a good time. Dancing isn’t just a hobby for children. Anyone can to learn to dance. In fact, there is a great deal of benefit involved in learning to dance as an adult.

Having a strong core is also fundamental to good posture in our daily lives, this helps to support the back and can reduce the risk of back injuries. Strong abdominal muscles help with balance. Not only does this help with the skills of dance but it becomes increasingly important as we age and loose co-ordination.
It’s a well-known fact that exercise makes you feel great. Our classes provide an opportunity to meet new friends, learn new skills, keep fit and enhance self-confidence.
